Refund and Returns Policy

At Luxe Diamond Jewel, we want you to be fully satisfied with your jewelry purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a clear and easy process for returning items. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy for more information.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • You can return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery.
  • All items must be returned in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
  • Custom-made or engraved jewelry is non-returnable unless the item is damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@luxediamondjewel.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Return Authorization: We will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide instructions for the return process.
  3. Ship the Item: Send the item back to us in its original condition and packaging, along with the RA number.
  4. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective items).
  5. Refund Processing: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Refunds and Credits:

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
  • If you choose to exchange the item for another product, we will send you the replacement at no extra shipping charge (subject to availability).

Exchanges:

If your item is defective or not what you ordered, we will gladly offer an exchange. Please contact us at info@luxediamondjewel.com to arrange for a replacement.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom, engraved, or personalized jewelry
  • Used or worn jewelry
  • Items that have been altered or resized after purchase
